How can I load two 12V batteries with two solar panels are 15V each, and 5 AMP each?
Senior Project - We're trying to build a solar-powered go kart. We have two 15V panels 40WATT that each and 5 amps each. We will use two 12V batteries to run the engine. We load these batteries using the panels, however, did not know what kind of charger we need. Where can we find a charger that is DC and exit? Any information will help

Yes, it is called a charge controller. A panel of 15 volts to charge a marginal 12 volt battery, you need something more like 20 volts. A 12-volt battery needs 15 volts with a current to be charged. A panel of 15 volts only put out in full sunlight, and not with the current substantial. The best is a charge controller (see second reference) that includes a DC-DC converter to adjust the voltage the optimum value for battery charging.
