should I run my Airstream refrigerator cooling fan while towing?

I plan to set the refrigerator to “automatic” and let it run on propane while traveling. question is: should switch on the thermostatically controlled cooling fan and allow that to cycle on while towing? I think the air moving over the external vents would keep the fridge working OK, but not sure.

Being that what ever you set the temp inside the fridge is set at driving it while it is running it will be ok. It will be ok to let it run while driving.
