Is my HP Pavilion Slimline s7320n overheating?
I’ve had an HP Pavilion Slimline s7320n for just over a year now. It’s been a nice PC thus far but, lately it seems to be over heating. My PC started shutting down suddenly and it was suggested to me that if I couldn’t feel any air coming out of the PSU, and it was very hot, that this was most likely the cause.
I suspected the main source of the heat to be coming from the PSU. I’ve replaced the PSU but I have noticed no change.
I still don’t feel any air. Shouldn’t I be able to feel the fan blowing air out of the back of the PSU?
I’ve downloaded a program called SpeedFan and it shows only one fan working with a current ambient temperature of around 124% F. Is this normal?
Does anyone in here also have an HP Pavilion Slimline s7320n and do you feel air blowing out the back of it at the top?
124*F is a little high.. try a dust remover it may lower it by about 5-10*F and you should have air going in or out
