heating deflector
My towels are changing colors!?
Our hang towels approx. 2 feet above a heat register. We have the type of towel holder has a towel in front of the other. The towel against the wall changes colors. I bought a heat deflector that directs heat from registration to the ground and continues to happen. My question is, why did not the heat in the dryer to change the color of the towels, like the heat of registration, if that is what is causing the change?
Water can also be difficult - that happened to my towels and colored t-shirts. I started using vinegar in my rinse cycle and made a big difference.
