Anyone is sure fire home remedies for ahces muscle pain in the neck and shoulder area?
A few days ago I woke up with a terrible cramp in my neck and it feels like I have a pulled muscle in the neck to the back of my shoulder. I have tried heating pads, massage, Vicoprofen (a combination of drugs of Vicodin and ibuprofen) and Norflex (muscle relaxant). Nothing I have done has helped. If you know of something I have not tested, by Please help! Thank you.
