heating matress pad
8 weeks pregnant .. Endless back pain?
I am 8 weeks pregnant, almost 9 and my back is always painful. Espically my lower back, some Sometimes my superiors. Is this normal to be so early in pregnancy? Could be my bed? I have a very soft bed with a feather bed topper on it. Should try to take that and just sleep on a mattress? It's really annoying and I, of course, such as massage every day, but is very uncomfortable! Any ideas? Will aid pad ..
Heating pad def. Help .. I also use to use something like RUB IceyHot my BF and I have some who, while massaging my back .. helped a ton! not to mention the warm bubble bath once in a while helps me now at 22 weeks. Try not to lift heavy things that cause also cause some pain back
