Is it bad to sleep with a hot pack on muscle pain all night?
My side, where his "love handles" are, it feels like the muscle strecthed should, but when I stretch it hurts really bad. Not that it hurts, it feels very different. This happens almost every month, or every month. I put a heating pad on it and it helps soothe the pain. But BA is to keep the heating pad all night? Or do you know what this is and how can I treat it?
Anna, do not sleep with her all night its a health and fire hazard, but there are alternatives. By the way, sorry to say I do not know what the problem is pain. You can get an electric timer that can be set to automatically turn the heat after a while. This way you do not have to get up to switch off, and will be safe for you. Good luck, John
