Cold nights for my dogs?
I have two pit bulls, they are outside all the time but now it's getting cold and I feel bad to leave them out. I have a dog house for two and blankets and also have a microwave heating pad that stays warm for about 5 hours. I have brought before and using the bathroom in the house is a mess and i want you to feel comfortable at night when it's below 30 degrees oi so.could do more to help keep warm.or I carry in any case it is cold? I need some advice please!
Most dogs do not wear sweaters unless supervised. But my father used duck tape old T-shirts to our Doberman. He looked amused, and finally tore the tape and everything, but keeps it hotter. The heating pad and blankets are good ideas. You may also want to put a blanket over the door of the dog house to keep the heat inside the dog house and the are warmer. Most times it is much warmer inside the dog house you think.
