Why pregnant women are not supposed to use the massage function in heating pads, chairs, beds or other items?
I understand pads and whirlpools body temperature change and possibly harm the baby. What is dangerous about using electric massage pad during pregnancy?
Never heard of that! I knew that I had not entered into a tub of Hot Water, if they were so good (I got in one during the first 3 months because I was so stiff and sore all the time, but the greater the preg. I just smiled and went naked) But I had never heard before, do not use massage pads. That really makes no sense! They have special massages out there for pregnant women. Who told you not to use pad? Was your doc ... if so tell him you want to know more about why ... if it was just a friend then I call and ask my gynecologist.
