Would you like to learn a low-fat, low calorie recipe Slow Cooker Chicken?
Ingredients 4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned 1 cup salsa 1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed) 1 / 2 cup sour cream add fat to reach the Slow Cooker Chicken. Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken. Pour salsa and soup over chicken. Simmer for 6 to 8 hours. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Serve with rice. NOTES: You can use half the packet of taco seasoning (I have started doing this to reduce the sodium content myself) Some slow cookers cook cooking faster than others. Mine is a real slow cooker (he has had over 10 years.) Newest cook a little faster and may have to adjust your cooking time based on the number!
