Help solar panel?

I have a small solar panel on 15×25 cm, it has built in a AA battery charger and a lead with a series of outlets to carry various objects and has, 3v 200mA, 6V 100mA, 9V 50 mA and 50 mA output 12V ….. 1. I can not get this to run a small engine 3v brushing, but I can not imagine why this would be (I tested the output in the language and is very powerful … asin much more than a standard 9V battery) or Mexican Group Analytic possible evil power? 2. I'm trying to get it to charge my laptop … which has a 12V adapter, I understand probbably is not powerful enough to charge the batteries constantly, but wondered if it might somehow amplify the power transformer and a store to charge as if for 5 seconds every 10? trickle charger? Does anyone have any idea? Does anyone know how everything works, thanks! i know IM in the process of buying one now … thanks for the help

The engine probably 3v is an amplifier or two, so the panel does not have enough current. Do not leave the habit of measuring the tension in the tongue! Voltmeters are cheap, $ 10 or less. Want lose the sense of taste? Or being able to speak? $ 10 is cheap …. Transformers not increase power, and only work with air conditioning, no DC. The 12 V 50 mA can be sufficient to charge the battery, give it a try. But get a meter!
