How do I load a laptop and other electronics from a solar battery charge 12-volt car?
I I live in a village in Africa as a humanitarian aid worker. My only source of power is a solar panel 30 volts. I wire in a 3-stage driver and then to a car battery 12v/150ah. Everything is connected and working properly. This is my problem. I would like to have a portable DVD player or my laptop out in the field if possible. Most of my electronic plugs taken from 110 or more tension and have outputs ranging from 9-19v. I have an investor and have no access to one so that there is an option to increase my tension. Is there a safe way (for electronics) by directly 12volt battery instead of the factory specific plug that requires 110-240V. In reply me as ignorant as this is my first foray into solar energy and electrical wiring. In short, do not assume that I know nothing about electricity in your reply. Thank you.
