How can I make a small, autonomous solar oven?

How can I make a solar oven from a cardboard box about 26cm by 10cm in a solar oven? I want to be able to do with materials such as adhesive tape, aluminum foil, cooking pots, clear plastic, etc. In addition, I want to do without any kind of magnifying glasses or hazardous materials.

The solar oven plans I made with steel and glass. There is a reflector of solar energy plan board with foil. The two are quite complicated, and come from the book: Roughing it Easy, by Dian Thomas. You can check with the Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts of the oven plans easier. Google me if I wanted to do this, I could this spring with my troops. Good luck!
