plumbing code 2006
What is the limitation of a circuit case against a contractor for the construction of buildings in Missouri?
My husband hired a company construction and renovation of our small house, which has yet to meet the electrical and plumbing codes outlined by our city (our our home inspector shut down) I went to the BBB and the Attorney General. the in the office has a confession of them said they were willing to give us a refund, however, not yet, he suggested to the office after June 2006 they were playing with us and said we had to bring them to trial. The date of the contract was originally 3 / 2003. We go from there or from the date of the abandoned office in trying to get someone to honor his agreement with the return of us. I have prepared my Documents Civil courts, and am willing to submit, but I just needed to remember the statue of limitations. I thought I was 8 years.
