LG Refrigerator (LRDN2 * models) - Ice Maker Question?
Currently we have a model with semi-automatic ice maker (you have to fill the bucket with water and knob and makes the ice and deposits on a tray). We would like to replace the unit with fully automatic ice maker. Does anyone know, # 1 - Where can I buy the full UNI automatic ice maker, and # 2 - who to call to have it installed (a plumber?). Thank you!
Ice maker must be purchased through an authorized dealer LG. As for installation, are pretty easy and come with instructions. If you need to run a water line to the Fridge, there are "DIY" kits available at dealerships, Lowes, Home Depot. If a challenge to run a water line, then call a plumber.
