Plumbing Question .. Moen faucet?
Hello everyone, I am currently a Moen faucet September 3 piece set of 4570 model .. in my bathroom my daughter is that fearfull did not want the faucet to trickle has now turned cold lever all the way to now handle turns without shuting the water. I think I have to replace the rod inside the handle but I can not remove it off the base of the sink. I can not loosen the lock nut under the sink or (despite trying to use the basin wrench) .. I saw the line installation instructions and diagram that shows in the painting can remove the center of the top by holding the lever and turning the shaft, if the opposite direction, but this does not lump. What should I do?
disengage all of the plumbing beneath border. Take everything out of the sink vanity and dealing to that. It is quite difficult sometimes to get the necessary support to seek access to everything from below. Could be a little more labor intensive, but certainly will save you some broken knuckles and bruises on his head.
