Price range for a solar star attic fan?
I've been working on getting my house to be the most efficient energy could and I want to be one of those fans! This is a solar powered attic fan and is eligible for the credit to 30% of federal taxes. I see through the page site that only sold through local distributors. Anybody know how much it costs? Thanks
The Solar Star attic fan is the way to go! Be there are other fans out there, but not as elegant in its design and become an eye-soar on its roof. As for costs, after tax DIY kit racing just under $ 300. It's around $ 425 with ($ 127 off with the federal tax credit). But you also get 30% off the labor so it is best to have someone to install it and ensure that work ... definitely worth it! After taxes, which is about $ 100 to have a Premier dealer install it for you. Solatube also has a new lighting system that provides a natural Echoice 30% tax credit, too.
