Using the exponents of the scientific calculator?

Like, 3 ^ 5 (3 to the power of 5). Theres a button that says x ^ 2, but when I use, it only shows 3 of the power of 2. Geezah "Thanks. Wow, the answer was 243. : /
In your example, you'd do this: 1. Press "3" 2. Press the "y ^ X" (this is the button on the end right above the split button) 3. Press "5" 4. Press "=" Virtually all scientific calculators have a button exponent in this way. It is usually labeled as "x ^ y" as in the Microsoft calculator that comes with all versions of Windows.
