How do I know if my calculator is solar powered and would mean that the sun or upload it?
is a fancy name for the calculator .. Sorry for the dumb question
A solar powered calculator has a row of small panels generally above the LCD, which absorb the energy of light to produce the small amount of electric charge to do so. Some solar powered calculators also have a small battery is loaded with energy collected by these panels for future use. While the calculator is known as "solar" sunlight is not to supply power necessaryy and almost any light source (lamps, ceiling lights) will suffice.
