My research has shown that most of the necessary components for this project already exist in your garage gathering dust. Here's a list of parts you need that can only be in your garden tool shed or garage.
- Bucket of bolts, bolts and screws - A person with OCD (work Compulsive Disordered) could keep each one separately by size, type, length and thickness. I just had this large gallon bucket of them all. If I need something, my cube usually has it!
- Wire nuts and connectors - Made any type Wiring home lately? I! Stores usually do buy more wood than would be needed, right!
- Wire - Any 14 gauge house wiring electrical spare mess your garage? Why not put some good use!
- The batteries of 12 Volts - Have you taken a battery of a car and not know what to do with it?
- Socket 12 Volt - For car enthusiast .... Ever seen one of these connectors. Can we say that a lighter?
- Old Cooler - Have an old fridge collecting dust and refuse to put in the trash? They make a great storage unit for the battery!
- Power inverters - Have you ever used your computer small house or device in the car and plugged it into the cigarette lighter?
- A drill - Yes! This is the most practical tool. I use it as a screwdriver, drill holes, grinding, and sanding.
- Wire Cutter - Do not have one? Scissors, knife useful, and even a kitchen knife (I say significant other!).
This is approximately 90% of all the components needed to build a portable solar panel. Most of us already have these vague garage collecting pieces of dust and / or bumping into them, while finishing the "honey do list". All you need is a clan, a book or manual to explain how to put these parts together.
