I need a food dehydrator?

Does anyone know or have a good set of plans to build a small dehydrator? Not solar power.

Alton Brown (Good eats series) made a dehydrator with a box fan, bungee cords and furnace filter (paper filter). Running the fan box, the airflow has a drying effect without applying heat.
