I owned a birdbath solar energy. For the solar cell to generate enough energy to pump water, direct sunlight requried. Depends on where I put it, the hours they can operate varies. If you put this deck, I think you can not enjoy much. The interior light is not sufficient to generate the required power. You must seek a regular feeding pattern. The source looks good though. I include a link to a website that I bought an indoor fountain. They have some good choices. Leaks not a general problem.
