What is the cheapest solar charger?
I am thinking of buying a solar charger to charge things like a phone, an iPod, a camera and laptop. I want one that will charge things within a few hours, but not too expensive and, preferably, a position it right on ordinary days, not just in sunny conditions. I do not know much about them, working under a lamp in a hotel or using UV. Any useful information would be greatly appreciated!
